Meet Our Leadership Team

Gary Arnold

Gary has been a hands-on EV and Schedule Analyst since he began his career working on the International Space Station program in 1985. In 1994 he founded Structured Solutions Incorporated and began developing SSI Tools for Microsoft Project. His products have since become the corporate standard project management addition to Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel for many companies across the industry.

Elizabeth Arnold

Elizabeth’s managerial experience started in the early 1980’s working on multi-million dollar missile programs for the Department of Defense. During those years, Elizabeth successfully managed teams in Supply Chain Management, Project Scheduling, and Contract Management. She co-founded Structured Solutions Incorporated along with her husband Gary in 1994. Today, she serves as SSI’s President and Business Manager.

Kenny Arnold

Kenny started his career in scheduling and project management in 2016 for Northrop Grumman. There he led scheduling efforts for many national defense programs and multi-billion dollar proposals wins. In 2020, Kenny joined his parents at Structured Solutions Incorporated. Kenny currently serves as SSI’s Chief Information Officer and leads the ongoing development of all SSI products, and performs trainings for SSI customers

Leah Arnold

Leah started her career in marketing and sales with Forrester Research. During her time there, she learned all about the latest tech trends and critical strategies organizations must take to be customer obsessed. Her clients ranged from large Fortune 500 companies to innovative start-ups. Leah joined her family at Structured Solutions Incorporated in 2023. She currently serves as SSI’s Chief Revenue Officer.

David Fennemore

Dave has extensive experience in Scheduling, Earned Value Management, and financial analysis. He has led scheduling efforts for numerous successful high-profile aerospace projects, from proposals to execution and delivery. His expertise covers Microsoft Project, EV training and implementation, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control. Dave currently serves as SSI’s VP of Professional Services

Jason Berg

Jason joined SSI in 2011 as a Planning & Scheduling consultant, leading scheduling initiatives for numerous aerospace and defense customers. He is highly skilled in Scheduling, Microsoft Project, SSI Tools, and Earned Value Management. Additionally, Jason is an expert trainer, responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to SSI’s clients. He currently serves as SSI’s VP of Business Development.
